At just five dollars per class, it is one of the most memorable and affordable things you can do during your island getaway. On Wednesdays at 6 PM, the studio offers Zumba classes — the high-energy Latin dance fitness format that mixes salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton into one big joyful workout where you completely forget you are exercising because you are having too much fun.

On Saturdays from 11 AM to noon, instructor Teba Mercurius leads Dynamic Defense Systems, a unique class that blends martial arts, movement, and breathwork into a confidence-building practice.
